All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please retain this email, as it contains your unique Order Number, which is essential for any inquiries regarding your purchase. (Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive it.)
Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders submitted after this cutoff, on weekends, or national holidays will be processed the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
An email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as our warehouse has processed and packed your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders totaling $75 or more.
Lift Gate Delivery Fee
Certain products necessitate Lift Gate delivery. If your delivery location lacks forklift capabilities for unloading, please select the Lift Gate delivery option during checkout. This specialized service incurs an additional $95 fee.
