Returns Policy

At Western Tire Equipment & Supply Co. DBA WESTESCO, we are committed to your satisfaction. Should you need to return a product, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original, resalable condition.

  • Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to refusal or a reduced refund.

3. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

4. Shipping Your Return

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We strongly recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance, as Western Tire Equipment & Supply Co. DBA WESTESCO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you might sometimes need to cancel an order. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Window

To cancel an order, you must contact us within one (1) hour of placing your order. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so requests received outside this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Late Cancellations & Shipped Orders

If a cancellation request is received after your order has already shipped, it will then be subject to our Returns Policy. In such cases, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For orders successfully canceled within the one-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.
